Playing together, fairly

Terms of use

These terms apply to Push Burst and Waddle Survival, provided by ProjectUnknown (also styled Project Unknown). Read them before playing. If you do not agree, do not use the games. Contact: help.projectunknown.team@gmail.com.

Last updated: · Effective upon publication of the approved policy.

1. Games covered by these terms

These terms cover Push Burst’s Classic and Puzzle games and Waddle Rush’s endless-survival game. Both offer local progress, advertising, an optional No Ads purchase and optional Apple or Google platform rankings and achievements. Platform availability and registered features may vary by release.

2. Who can play

The game is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, ask a parent or legal guardian to review and agree with you. Follow the age rating and requirements of the store through which you obtain the game.

3. Your use of the game

You may download and play an authorised copy for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and the applicable store rules. The game, artwork, sound, code and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Your permission to play does not transfer ownership of them.

Do not distribute unauthorised copies, misrepresent yourself as the developer, use the game to harm others, or bypass technical protections. Do not tamper with records to mislead others. Nothing in these terms limits uses that applicable law expressly permits.

4. Saved progress

Both games save progress locally. There is no developer-operated full-save recovery or cross-device sync service. Removing the app, clearing storage or losing your device may lose progress. OS backups and Platform records are separate; recovery is not guaranteed. Scores and achievements do not have cash value.

5. Purchases and cosmetics

Both games offer an optional one-time No Ads purchase. The price and scope shown by that game and its store at purchase time apply. Waddle Rush No Ads removes interstitial advertisements; it does not alter difficulty or unlock outfits. Purchases and eligible restoration use the same store account, and do not automatically transfer between games or between Apple and Google.

Refunds follow store procedures and applicable law; mandatory consumer rights remain intact. Cosmetics and scores have no cash value and cannot be traded or redeemed through the games. No subscription is offered.

6. Advertisements and external services

Both mobile games use Google AdMob. Push Burst supports interstitial and optional rewarded ads; Waddle Survival may show an interstitial when you choose to start the next run after a completed run. Availability, rewards where offered and presentation depend on the displayed offer, provider, network and applicable privacy choices. No fixed ad duration is promised.

Third-party ads and external services have their own terms and policies. You are responsible for your connection and any mobile-data charges. Platform rankings and achievements also follow Apple or Google’s service rules.

7. Updates and availability

We may improve or change gameplay, balance, cosmetics and compatibility, or fix problems. Records may be separated when game rules change. We may also discontinue features or the game, subject to applicable law and any required notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future device or operating-system version.

8. Responsibilities and statutory rights

Please play in a safe place and take breaks. You are responsible for your device and how you use the game. We are responsible for the game to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intentional misconduct or other legally protected claims.

9. Privacy

The game-specific privacy policy explains local saves, ads, purchases, platform features, support and hosting. Privacy choices and required consents are separate from accepting these terms.

10. Changes, stopping play and contact

You may stop using and remove the game at any time. If these terms change, we update the date on this page and provide any notice or agreement mechanism required by law. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

For support or a concern about these terms, contact ProjectUnknown at help.projectunknown.team@gmail.com. Your mandatory local legal protections continue to apply.
