1. Game progress on your device
Push Burst stores best scores, cleared puzzle stages, themes, sound and vibration settings, tutorial status, remaining free hints, achievements and the No Ads purchase entitlement on your device. These records provide gameplay and remember your choices.
We do not run our own gameplay server or require a developer account. Device backups may separately contain local data. Platform scores, achievements and purchases described below are distinct from local saves; clearing the app does not delete those provider records.
2. Advertising and consent
Push Burst uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads, and UMP for applicable consent choices. Google may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, app and ad interactions, and diagnostics to provide and measure ads and prevent fraud. Device model, operating system and language may also be used in providing the service.
The app requests updated consent information and requests ads when UMP permits. Privacy choices are available in Settings when required. On iOS, the app requests App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing tracking-authorised advertising identifiers. Refusing personalised ads or tracking does not stop every other form of SDK processing.
See the Google Privacy Policy and Google partner data notice for Google’s processing and controls.
3. Leaderboards and achievements
When signed in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, the app submits Classic scores and achievements to that service. The service manages player identifiers, nickname, profile and visibility. Scores or achievements may be visible to other players according to the service’s settings. We do not receive your account password.
Manage these records and visibility with Apple or Google; deleting a local save does not remove them. See Game Center & Privacy and the Google Privacy Policy. These services are not a full backup of your game progress.
4. Store purchases and Unity IAP
The optional one-time No Ads purchase uses Unity In-App Purchasing (IAP) and Apple’s App Store or Google Play. The app processes product, transaction, receipt and entitlement information to fulfil or restore a purchase. The store handles payment details; we do not collect card or bank details on a developer server.
Unity IAP 5.4 documentation describes processing including installation identifiers, device, session and country information, and authentication identifiers where used, to operate and secure its purchase services. The exact processing depends on platform and enabled features. These games do not add a Unity Analytics or Unity Authentication account flow or use Unity’s direct-to-consumer web checkout. See Unity IAP privacy information and Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Apple, Google and Unity manage their respective transaction or service records and retention. Removing the app or buying No Ads does not delete earlier provider records or disable purchase-service processing. Manage billing and refunds through the store; contact support for help routing a data request.
5. Information you send to support
If you email help.projectunknown.team@gmail.com, we receive your email address, any name included in the message, and the text or attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request, investigate the reported issue and manage necessary follow-up. Support uses Gmail, provided by Google; its processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You choose whether to contact us and what to include. Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
6. This website
The pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts, third-party fonts, embedded video, cookies or local-storage tracking added by us. Opening an email link uses your email application; it does not submit a web form.
GitHub Pages hosts this site. GitHub may process IP addresses and request or device information to deliver and secure its services. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. External links take you to services with their own policies.
7. Retention and deletion
Support messages and attachments are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and necessary follow-up, meet legal obligations, or handle a dispute. They are deleted when those purposes no longer apply.
Local game data can be removed through your device’s app-storage controls, where available, or by removing the app. This does not necessarily remove operating-system backups. You can manage those using your backup provider’s tools.
Google controls retention of data processed by its advertising services; we cannot erase those records directly from your phone or from a game account that does not exist. Use Google’s linked policy and privacy controls, or contact us for help identifying the appropriate route.
Store transactions and platform rankings remain subject to Apple or Google’s controls. Unity purchase-service records follow Unity’s policy and data-request process. Contact us if you need help locating the relevant provider or making a request for information we control.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a copy of information. To ask about information we handle, email help.projectunknown.team@gmail.com. We may need limited information to verify that the request concerns you. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, support processing is based on responding to your request and our legitimate interest in providing assistance, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Optional processing that requires consent relies on that consent. Google’s legal bases are explained in its own policy. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
10. Children and young players
Push Burst is intended for ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. This is the intended audience, not an age-verification feature or a store content rating. Younger players may need permission from a parent or guardian under local law.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information in a support request, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Regional age-of-consent requirements and protections for minors still apply.
11. Security
We aim to limit access to support information to people who need it to handle your request and to use appropriate account safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Protect access to your device and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
12. Changes and contact
We update the date on this page when the policy changes. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate available channels before they apply where required by law.
